Slickers Ice Cream is hand made on their premises in Bloomfield, Ontario, using fresh local ingredients and natural flavour. Many of the ingredients come from the County, reflecting seasonal specialties such as maple syrup, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, cantaloupe, rhubarb and pumpkins. Photos, by Martin Sundland, of some of their suppliers adorn the walls of their retail outlet on Bloomfield’s Main Street, where there is always a friendly welcome from the staff.
